Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
